Description

I came up with this guy about a year ago. He was created through some tough times, so he means a lot to me for that fact alone. My long time friend thepipefox took my sketch and helped add the finishing touches. They gave me the lineart to do with as I pleased, so I'm posting the collaborated work until I get used to drawing him on my own. Here's one version of him! I have it in mind that his fur changes colours with the seasons (white/brown/grey). :3


He's a demon. He's had several human counterparts over the centuries. He's also had relations with other monsters, too~ While he stays bound to whoever summons him, he holds ulterior motives. The ones that attract him are usually individuals who are overwhelmed with an extreme sense of heartache and longing. Upon (seducing) them to make a pact, he devours their hearts. This keeps them from experiencing any sort of pain or discomfort while they have him as a companion. You can imagine the pros and cons to a situation like that.


H O W E V E R , THERE'S ALWAYS A DOWNSIDE WHEN SOMETHING SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.


I've got more ideas in my head for this guy, but I'll update that later as his story develops! As far as a name? He has a true name, but he doesn't reveal that to anyone. He'll go by whatever name a partner bestows upon him. Like the ones he's bound to, it's always changing with the times.

This is positively gorgeous, my dear, and I love the backstory on him too! He's so interesting, attractive and scary at the same time. He reminds me of the Wendigo, a Native American spirit that roams forests looking for victims he can turn. If he touches you, you become a cannibal and eventually turn into a Wendigo yourself. This guy kind of reminds me of that, in appearance, at least. Fantastic idea that his fur changes with the seasons, how beautiful!
